Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Mr. Dolgikh Publisher (the "Service") and the Telegram bot @mr_dolgikh_bot (the "Bot") collect and how it is used. The Service is operated by Mikhail Dolgikh ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

1. Data from Telegram bot users

When you start the Bot or write to it, we receive from Telegram and store:

• your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, username and language setting;
• the link or tag you used to open the Bot (for example, which video you came from);
• which materials you requested and received, and when;
• whether you joined or left the Telegram channel @mr_dolgikh, and which invite link you used;
• the text of messages you send to the Bot;
• whether you have blocked the Bot.

We do not receive your phone number, contacts or payment details.

2. Data from social media platforms

The Service connects only to social media accounts owned by Mikhail Dolgikh, using the official APIs of YouTube (Google), Instagram, Facebook and Threads (Meta), TikTok, X, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Through these APIs it publishes our own content and reads statistics about our own posts and accounts (views, likes, comments, followers and similar).

When someone comments on or sends a message to our accounts with a code word, the Service reads that comment or message and the sender's public username in order to reply with the requested link. We do not build profiles of commenters and do not use this data for anything else.

Use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The Service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use data

• to send you the materials you request and messages from the Bot;
• to check, when required, that you are subscribed to our Telegram channel;
• to understand which of our posts and platforms bring readers, in aggregate statistics;
• to stop writing to you if you block the Bot.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

4. Where data is stored

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Ireland) and processed on our own server in the European Union. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Cloudflare (website and file storage), Telegram (messaging) and the social media platforms listed above.

5. Retention

We keep Bot user data while the Bot operates or until you ask us to delete it. Statistics about our own posts are kept for as long as they are useful for analysis.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you. See Data Deletion for how to request deletion. We reply within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service and the Bot are not intended for children under 16.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
